Covid Safety

All swimmers need to register with the COVID Officer on arrival at the pool via a smartphone at every session for Track and Trace. Swimmers who are under 12 must have a parent/guardian register them.

  • Please ensure that your child is "beach ready" with their swimwear on under their clothes and has goggles with them. Our volunteers are not able to assist with goggles at this time, please make sure that these have been properly adjusted before you arrive at the pool.
β€’ Girls require a one-piece swimsuit. Bikinis are not suitable and your child/children will not be able to take part in the session.

β€’ Boys require either trunks or jammers, no baggy shorts. Trunks should be tight enough at the waist to stay up when diving!
β€’ Goggles a well-fitting pair from a quality manufacturer. Double straps are favoured by many of the children as they seem to grip better when diving.
PLEASE NOTE: when swimmers are learning to dive, they are asked to remove their goggles for safety. When they have become competent in the skill of diving then goggles can be worn to dive.

  • At the end of the session they will just towel dry and put their clothes back on
